Registration for the double decathlon and double heptathlon on 21 and 22 september is now open. You can register via https://www.atletiek.nu/wedstrijd/main/40154/ or send an email to  wedstrijdsecretariaat@av40.nl with your name, gender, and date of birth.

 On atletiek.nu you can find more details about the tournament. If you have any further questions you can send an e-mail to  wedstrijdsecretariaat@av40.nl and we will be happy to answer.

Dear athletes

AV40 will organize the annual double decathlon and double heptathlon on 21 and 22 September. More information will follow shortly.

Results double decathlon Delft 2023

In the evening of September 17th, the final event of the double decathlon, the 10 km race, took place. This marked the end of a successful and sports-filled weekend.

The start of the Double Decathlon in Delft is nearby and we are finalizing the preparations. On the time schedule page of this website you can find the latest schedule.

Adjusted timetables

In order to give more athletes the opportunity to participate in the Double Decathlon or Double Heptathlon an adjusted timetable for 2 groups has been put in place. However the groups are nearly full so register quickly if you want to participate. You can find more information about the event on this website or at https://www.atletiek.nu/wedstrijd/main/39310/

Group 1: Men and M35-45 Double Decathlon
Group 2: M50+ and all Women Double Decathlon, Women Double Heptathlon (in this group the order of the events differs from the standard order).

Pole Vault and High Jump: max 6 attempts per athlete.

The water jump steeplebar has the same standard high for all categories. For all other passages we will place hurdles at the adjusted height for women and M60+.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Delft on the 16th of September.

Inschrijvingen twintigkamp en veertienkamp

Vanwege de grote belangstelling zitten we helaas al aan het maximum aantal deelnemers voor de 20-kamp. We zijn aan het kijken of we het aantal deelnemers kunnen uitbreiden. We hebben goede hoop dat dit gaat lukken, dus blijf je aanmelden.

De veertienkamp bij de dames zit nog lang niet vol dus geef je op!

Registration for the double decathlon en double heptathlon

Due to the high level of interest, unfortunately we have reached the maximum number of participants for the double decathlon. We are exploring the possibility of expanding the number of participants. We are optimistic that this will be possible, so please continue to register.

The women’s double heptathlon is far from full, so please sign up!

De inschrijving voor de twintigkamp en veertienkamp is weer geopend. Het evenement vindt plaats op 16 en 17 september. De wedstrijd start, onder voorbehoud, om 10:00 uur. Deelnemers dienen minimaal 18 jaar oud te zijn en de wedstrijd is open voor alle leeftijdscategorieën

we proberen dit jaar weer een 20 kamp en 14 kamp te organiseren op 10 en 11 september 2022. Of het doorgaat is afhankelijk van de dan geldende covid maatregelen en het aantal inschrijvingen. Jullie kunnen het adres o.walter@planet.nl gebruiken.
